Is this safe to use around dogs and cats?
Yes, HomeShield™ is designed for use in homes with dogs and cats. However, animals may respond differently to ultrasonic devices, so monitor your pet’s behaviour during initial use and discontinue use if you notice discomfort. Do not use near pet rodents, rabbits, hamsters, birds or other sound-sensitive animals.

How many units do I need for my home?
For room-by-room use, place one device in each target room. Position it in an open wall outlet without furniture, curtains or solid objects blocking the front of the device.

How long does it take to see results?
Results vary depending on the pest type, room layout and severity of the problem. Many users may begin to notice a decrease in pest activity within 2–4 weeks of continuous use. For best results, keep HomeShield™ powered on and place it in an open outlet without furniture, curtains or walls blocking the device.

Does it require any maintenance?
No batteries, filters or liquid refills are required. Keep the device uncovered, periodically wipe it with a dry cloth and check that the blue indicator remains on.
